Why Sell to Paul Solarski Rare Records
Cash.
We pay top dollar, immediately, and in cash.
Collecting and dealing since 1971
Many have tried eBay or another service and discovered that after auction fees, commissions, rules, taxes and dealing with buyers, it made much more sense to sell everything to us for one nice price. And as a collector who resells to serious collectors we pay much more than typical buyer.
Expertise
With years of sales in record collector publications as well as eBay internet auctions (see our feedback reputation under seller id: paulsolarski), we have the current expertise to get you the most for your records.
We buy ‘em all!
We buy a wider range of records than most dealers who specialize in a category or two…and over the years we have developed strong buyers in all collecting categories.
We also pay FINDER’S FEES that lead to purchasing quality record collections.
Communication
We communicate promptly.
We work within your schedule to pack and move your records.
How it Works
1. Read through What we Buy.
The first step is to make sure you have records for sale matching the types we are looking for. We also provide a list of "what we don't buy" which you may find useful.
2. Contact Us.
If you have records for sale matching the types we are looking for, contact us.
3. Send us your List.
Send your list including the label name, catalog number and artist name.
Song titles or other information are not needed.
If you mail a list and require a response by mail, please include a SASE.
Please note that we cannot provide phone appraisals of records.
Include your contact information. Be assured we will not share any of the information you provide with a third party. We need a name, primary
phone number, email, best time to call, city, state and zip code. We need to have complete contact information to help in the buying process.
4. When we discuss the records you have for sale we will provide you with ranges that we pay for the records based on condition.
For larger collections that we buy in person we can then give an exact value once we see the condition. Please see additional notes below about larger collections.
For smaller groups of records that we buy through the mail, we can give an exact value again once we see the records.
If it is helpful we can even send at no cost to you our customized record boxing system that makes it easier for the seller to just pack them and mail them off. We also include detailed mailing instructions.
Please note that we cannot provide phone appraisals of records.
If you have a large collection for sale please include the following:
1) How many records you have, or the size in linear feet if it is a larger collection.
2) What genres or types of music are in your collection that match my "what we buy" as listed on this site.
3) Your contact information. Be assured we will not share any of the information you provide with a third party. We need a name, primary phone number, email, best time to call, city, state and zip code. We need to have complete contact information to help in the buying process.
In the case of a large collection where no list exists, then representative samples from random pulls will suffice.
You can list these over the phone or when you contact us via email, mail, or our online contact form.
If you are an institution or estate needing a formal written appraisal for insurance, donation or other purposes please call me directly to discuss our services and fee structure.
